After hundreds of organic brunches and private buffets for
excited brides to be and with or without Mimosas (made with
fresh pressed Organic Orange juice) the world seems pretty pastel
to us.
It’s mostly women who throw these parties and they always are
not only calorie, but naturally health conscious. Often they
are - consciously or intuitively - environmentalists. They bring
the cutest potted flowers as centerpieces and unpolished Rose
quartz, the stone of unconditional love as favors. They write
their poems on handmade paper and bring a guitarist to play
amplifier-free music. They love fruit juice sweetened cake and
fresh Organic salads as they don’t pack up on the hips…
